1. Seller identity and scope
These terms govern purchases made at www.camposdeseralba.com. The seller is Campos de Seralba Sociedad Limitada, tax identification number (CIF) B01696079, with registered address at Calle Martos, 5, 23485 Pozo Alcón, Jaén, Spain. Contact: info@camposdeseralba.com and 674 603 718.
2. Capacity to enter into a contract
To purchase, you must have sufficient legal capacity, provide accurate information and act on your own behalf or with authorisation. If you purchase on behalf of a company, you declare that you have authority to bind it.
3. Products and availability
Product pages describe the main features, format, quantity, price and availability. Photographs are illustrative and may show minor differences in colour, presentation or harvest. Availability is confirmed when the order is processed. If a product is no longer available, the customer will be informed and offered an accepted substitute, a wait or a refund.
4. Prices, taxes and charges
Prices are stated in euros and include applicable taxes unless expressly indicated otherwise. Shipping costs, surcharges and discounts are itemised before the order is confirmed. The applicable price is the one shown at checkout. In the event of an obvious error, Campos de Seralba will inform the customer so the order can be corrected or cancelled with a full refund.
5. Purchasing process and conclusion of the contract
The customer selects products, reviews the cart, provides the required information, chooses delivery and payment options, and confirms the order. Errors can be identified and corrected before payment. Receipt is confirmed electronically. The contract is concluded when Campos de Seralba accepts the order and confirms that it is being processed.
6. Payment and security
Available payment methods and their terms are shown at checkout. The order may be subject to payment authorisation and proportionate anti-fraud checks. Full card details are processed by the relevant payment gateway and are not retained by Campos de Seralba when the external provider processes the transaction.
7. Invoicing
The customer must provide accurate billing information. The invoice will be issued electronically where applicable. Information or corrections may be requested within legal limits by writing to info@camposdeseralba.com.
8. Delivery
Delivery areas, costs and estimates are shown before payment. Time limits run from confirmation of the order or payment and may be affected by public holidays, campaigns, transport incidents or force majeure. The customer must provide a complete and accessible address. Risk passes to the consumer upon physical receipt of the order, unless the consumer independently engages a carrier not offered by the seller.
9. Receipt and incidents
If the parcel arrives open, dented, wet or tampered with, the customer should record this with the carrier and report it as soon as possible, retaining the packaging, label and photographs. A delay in reporting the incident does not remove the consumer’s statutory rights.
10. Right of withdrawal
As a general rule, consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason. An unequivocal statement must be sent to info@camposdeseralba.com. Goods must be returned properly protected. The consumer bears the direct return cost unless the return is due to an error by Campos de Seralba or the law provides otherwise.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised goods, sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or other cases excluded by law. The consumer is liable for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
11. Refunds
Where applicable, refunds will be made using the same payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise, within the statutory period. Campos de Seralba may withhold the refund until it receives the goods or sufficient evidence that they have been returned.
12. Lack of conformity and statutory guarantee
Products must conform to the contract and their description. If a product is incorrect, damaged or non-conforming, the remedies provided by law will apply at no cost to the consumer: bringing the goods into conformity where applicable, replacement, price reduction, or termination and refund. Statutory rights are not limited by commercial guarantees.
13. Personalised bottles and products
The customer must review and approve text, dates, names, logos and designs before production. The customer declares that they hold the rights or authorisation required for the supplied materials. Once the proposal has been approved and production has begun, changes may incur additional costs and lead times. These products are excluded from the right of withdrawal when made to the customer’s specifications, without prejudice to rights relating to defects or lack of conformity.
14. Customer service and complaints
For enquiries, withdrawals or complaints: info@camposdeseralba.com, 674 603 718 or Calle Martos, 5, 23485 Pozo Alcón, Jaén, Spain. Please state the order number and the information required to identify the transaction.
15. Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failures caused by unforeseeable or unavoidable events beyond its reasonable control. Campos de Seralba will report the incident and take measures to reduce its effects while respecting the consumer’s statutory rights.
16. Governing law
Spanish law and consumer protection legislation apply. Disputes involving consumers shall be resolved by the competent bodies under that legislation. For buyers who are not consumers, the parties submit to the courts of Jaén, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
